Nissan Electric Vahano Ke Liye solid-state Battery Develop Kar Raha Hai

Nissan ne next-gen battery technology develop karne ke liye kaam shuru kiya hai, jo conventional lithium-ion units ki jagah solid-state batteries ka use karega. Next-gen Leaf is most likely in solid-state batteries ko receive karega kyunki development already underway hai aur mass production as early as 2028 expected hai.

In solid-state batteries se, Japanese carmaker cost ko 50 percent tak reduce karna chahta hai, while energy density ko double karna chahta hai aur charging speed ko three times increase karna chahta hai. Current development stage mein Japan mein, new battery technology ke small button cells 10cm ke size ke hain. Lekin final development stage mein, ye cells laptop ke size ke ho jayenge.

Nissan solid-state batteries develop karne ke liye University of Oxford ke scientists ke saath work kar raha hai. Carmaker ye believe karta hai ki in batteries ke saath EVs ki application large pick-up trucks aur SUVs tak extend ho sakti hai. Ye technology kisi vehicle project se separately develop ho rahi hai. Isse koi specific delays in development nahi honge aur in batteries ke liye scalable application bhi provide hoga. Solid-state batteries ka charging electric vehicle costs ko reduce karne mein help karega. Iska reason ye hai ki faster, more stable, and more consistent charging se smaller batteries ko vehicles mein fit karne mein help milegi.

Lekin, Nissan bhi claim karta hai ki wo conventional lithium-ion batteries ko abhi tak give up nahi karenge.
